Job Description

We're seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable telecaller to guide students in achieving their international education goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in telecalling, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping students succeed.

Responsibilities:

- Provide personalized counselling to students on study abroad options, course selection, and career pathways

- Conduct assessments to identify students' strengths, interests, and goals

- Research and stay up-to-date on international education trends, scholarships, and admission requirements

- Develop and implement student success plans, including academic and career guidance

- Build relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions worldwide

- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and promote services

- Meet sales targets and conversion rates

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree

- 1+ years of experience in the field of telecalling or education consulting

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work with diverse student populations and cultures

- Strong knowledge of international education systems and admission requirements
