We are looking for a dynamic and confident

Female Telecaller

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound calls to potential and existing customers, explaining products/services, and maintaining client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to generate leads and follow up on inquiries Provide information about products/services to clients Maintain records of calls and customer details Achieve daily/weekly call targets Handle customer queries in a polite and professional manner Coordinate with the sales/marketing team for conversions

Requirements:

Female candidate only Good communication skills in Hindi/English/Regional language Basic computer knowledge Polite, convincing, and patient demeanor Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus
