Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to leads and prospects to introduce our services (Web Development, SEO, Social Media Marketing, etc.). Clearly explain our digital solutions based on customer needs. Follow up on marketing campaign leads, referrals, and website inquiries. Maintain call records and customer interactions using our tools. Set up meetings for the business development team. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth lead management.

What We're Looking For:

Must be based in Mumbai

Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome Basic knowledge of websites, SEO, or social media is a bonus (training will be provided) Strong command of

English and Hindi

Eagerness to learn and grow in a digital-focused environment Ability to handle calls confidently and build rapport with potential clients
