Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products/services.
Follow up on leads and maintain detailed records of calls and feedback.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
Maintain CRM data accurately and update customer records.
Requirements:
10th/12th pass or graduate (any discipline).
Excellent communication skills in Hindi.
Basic computer knowledge.
Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Previous experience in telesales/customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
