Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally
Explain products/services and close sales over the phone
Maintain and update customer data in CRM or sales records
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Follow up with interested clients and nurture leads
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for lead conversion
Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
Requirements & Qualifications:

Minimum
12th pass / Graduate
preferred
0-3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer support
Good communication and persuasion skills
Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and sales targets
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, calling software)
Ability to work independently and in a team
Preferred Skills:
Experience in real estate / insurance / education / services sales (if applicable)
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Positive attitude and customer-focused approach
