Lead Generation:
Qualify leads by gathering essential information and assessing customer needs and interest.
Appointment Setting:
Schedule meetings or calls for the Sales Team with qualified prospects.
Database Management:
Accurately record all call information, including outcomes and follow-up activities, in the CRM system.
Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while handling inquiries and addressing initial concerns.

Experience:
Proven experience as a Telecaller(1 year preffered), or in a similar sales/customer-facing role is preferred.
Communication:
Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, professional, and friendly phone manner.
Listening Skills:
Ability to listen actively and understand customer needs and objections.
