As a BPO/Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers to promote our products/services, gather information, and address inquiries. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a strong commitment to achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce and promote our products/services.
Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide relevant information or solutions.
Follow up with leads and prospects to convert inquiries into sales.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls, interactions, and outcomes in our tracking system.
Handle customer objections and resolve issues in a professional manner.
Track and report on performance metrics, such as call volume, conversion rates, and sales numbers.
Achieve and exceed individual and team performance targets.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to develop strategies for improving sales and customer satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; further education or relevant certifications are a plus.
Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required. o Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
Basic knowledge in MS office (MS Excel and MS Word).
