We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers to generate leads, sales, or support inquiries. They must have excellent communication skills, patience, and a persuasive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
Explain products/services and answer questions from customers.
Generate leads and follow up on potential opportunities.
Maintain a database of customer information.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets.
Follow up on customer feedback and resolve complaints.
Adhere to company policies and quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
