We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, providing information about our products/services, and securing appointments or sales. The Telecaller will play a key role in achieving our business growth objectives by generating and qualifying leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls:
Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or lists.
Lead Generation:
Identify and generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and following up on referrals.
Product Knowledge:
Clearly and effectively communicate information about the company's products/services to prospective customers.
Customer Interaction:
Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and address any questions or concerns they may have.
Appointment Setting:
Schedule appointments for the sales team or follow up on leads to close sales directly.
Follow-Up:
Maintain and update customer records, track follow-ups, and ensure timely communication with potential clients.
Feedback Collection:
Gather and report customer feedback to improve product offerings and customer service.
Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and sales goals.
Compliance:
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
