Handle outbound and inbound calls professionally to generate leads and close sales
Guide and support junior telecallers to achieve daily and monthly targets
Maintain proper follow-up with customers and ensure high conversion
Update customer details and call reports accurately in the system
Resolve customer queries and provide complete product/service information
Requirements:
Female candidate with minimum 1-2 years of telecalling experience
Strong communication and convincing skills
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, call logs)
Ability to handle targets and work under pressure
Polite, confident, and customer-focused attitude
