Telecaller

with experience in the

beauty, skin, or hair care industry

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client calls, explaining clinic services, booking appointments, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally. Explain clinic services, treatments, and offers clearly to clients. Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments. Maintain client follow-ups for consultations and treatments. Update and manage client details in the CRM system. Coordinate with clinic staff to ensure smooth client scheduling. Maintain high customer satisfaction and a professional tone at all times.

Requirements:

Minimum

1 year of experience

as a telecaller or receptionist in a

beauty, skin, or hair clinic

. Excellent

communication and persuasion skills

. Pleasant voice and positive attitude. Basic computer knowledge and experience with appointment booking software/CRM. Ability to handle client queries patiently and professionally.
