Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients, exhibition participants, and event organizers to introduce our stall design and fabrication services.
Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales/design team.
Maintain and update client databases, call logs, and follow-up records.
Understand client requirements related to stall design, branding, and fabrication.
Coordinate with internal design and sales teams for proposal follow-ups.
Share company profiles, brochures, and sample designs via email or WhatsApp with interested clients.
Follow up on quotations and project inquiries to ensure timely closures.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Achieve weekly and monthly call and lead generation targets.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Basic understanding of exhibitions and events (preferred).
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline.
Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, or B2B lead generation preferred.
Experience in the exhibition or events industry will be an added advantage.
