Raahat Services is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented

Telecaller Executives

for our Kolkata branch. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound calls, generating leads, and assisting customers with financial products offered through our DSA network.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data Explain loan and financial products clearly (Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, etc.) Generate and follow up on leads for sales conversion Maintain proper call records and customer details Coordinate with sales and operations teams for documentation and closure Handle customer queries and provide accurate information Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead targets
Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum

10+2 / Graduate

preferred

0-3 years

of experience in telecalling / BPO / sales (Freshers can apply) Good communication skills in

Hindi & Bengali

(English is an added advantage) Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM systems Ability to work under targets and pressure
Skills Required:

Strong communication and convincing skills Customer-focused approach Ability to build rapport quickly Self-motivated and goal-oriented Professional attitude and discipline
Working Days & Timings:

6 days a week

Office timing:

10:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Salary & Benefits:

?10,000 - ?12,000 per month
