Identify and source new business opportunities through inbound leads, outbound calls, and emails.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable product solutions.
Promote and generate sales of
Accounting Software & Apps
through telecalling.
Qualify opportunities and schedule online product demonstrations with decision-makers.
Handle deal closures, invoicing, and payment collections.
Maintain accurate records and update customer interactions in the CRM system.
Build long-term customer relationships and provide post-sales support.
Consistently achieve assigned sales targets.
Requirement:
Graduate with excellent communication skills in
English, Hindi, and Bengali
.
Proficient in
MS Word and Excel
.
Prior experience in
Telecalling / BPO (Outbound Sales)
with strong marketing and persuasion skills.
Immediate joiners preferred.
