Telemarketing Executive or a Customer Service Representative, is responsible for interacting with customers via phone calls, both inbound and outbound, to promote products or services, answer inquiries, and resolve issues. They play a key role in sales, customer service, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling: Making calls to potential customers to promote products/services, generate leads, and schedule appointments.
Inbound Call Handling: Answering incoming calls from customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
Sales and Lead Generation: Persuading customers to make purchases or schedule appointments, following up on leads, and meeting sales targets.
Customer Service: Providing support, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in a database or CRM system.
Communication: Effectively communicating product/service information, handling objections, and building rapport with customers.
Required Skills: Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation.
Persuasion Skills: Ability to persuade customers and close sales deals.
Customer Handling Skills: Ability to handle diverse customer personalities, resolve conflicts, and provide excellent service. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and establish positive working relationships with clients.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in basic computer applications, and CRM software.
