Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote interior design services.
Respond promptly to incoming inquiries via phone or other communication channels.
Explain service offerings, gather client requirements, and schedule appointments for design consultations.
Maintain accurate records of calls, client information, and feedback in CRM systems.
Follow up with prospects and leads to ensure a high conversion rate.
Collaborate with sales and design teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar customer-facing role is a plus.
Excellent communication skills in English and local language(s).
Basic understanding of interior design industry preferred but not mandatory.
Comfortable with outbound calling and target-driven environments.
Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Positive attitude, team player, and eagerness to learn.
