Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated
Telecaller Executive
to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our digital marketing services, and generating leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce our digital marketing services.
Handle inbound calls professionally and provide information about services.
Generate, manage, and follow up on leads effectively.
Schedule meetings or appointments for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in the CRM system.
Achieve monthly targets and contribute to company growth.
Provide feedback from clients to help improve services.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum education: 10+2 or graduation.
Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good persuasive, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Familiarity with digital marketing concepts is a plus, but not mandatory.
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and enthusiastic.
Work Timings:
9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Friday)
