Shift time: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM



Location: Mohali



Responsibilities:



Provide top-notch support to customers, ensuring seamless booking/Consultant experiences and driving sales growth. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and tailoring solutions to exceed their expectations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize booking/Consultant processes, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive outreach, negotiations, and strategic account management, upselling and cross-selling. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to continuously improve sales strategies. Travel occasionally to meet clients, attend industry events, and represent our company with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Qualifications:



1+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (or willingness to learn).
