Telecaller Executive

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to prospective customers. Follow up on leads and inquiries. Explain products/services and resolve customer queries. Maintain call records and update the CRM. Meet daily and monthly targets.

Requirements:



6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling or a related field (freshers with good communication skills may apply). Strong communication skills in [mention languages - e.g., English, Hindi, Odia]. Basic computer knowledge. Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
