Hindustan Times media had a product called shine.com, shine.com, basically a portal just like Naukri and other job portal so you have to sell their packages and you may called subscription also so have to work for shine.com. : B2C, or business-to-consumer, businesses sell their products or services directly to the buying public for personal use. As opposed to groups of professional buyers, B2C transactions typically involve one or two related individuals. B2C sales professionals sell to consumers who may need, want, and benefit or have enough money to purchase their product or service. If the product appeals to a person then they are a potential buyer, there is very little discrimination or requirements of a potential customer. Lead Generation: Develop a database of qualified leads through referrals and cold calling. Closure and Collection: Manage Prospects, negotiating and freezing on commercials taking them to a logical closure with required documentation. Process Adherence: Execution of the role in line with the organization\xe2\x80\x99s guidelines and processes. Build organisation assets \xe2\x80\x93 Identify patterns and implement solutions that can be leveraged across customer base. Improve productivity through tooling and process enhancements. Required skills: 1) 12th passed out with excellent communication skills & fluent English 2) Comfortable with cold calling with 0-2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience of B2B sales & B2C 3) Must have Client & escalation Handling Skills. 4) Confident, Pleasing and a go-better personality. 5) Attitude & Aptitude for Sales. 6) Initiative & Flexibility: Recognises the need to adapt to change & implement appropriate solutions.
