Key Responsibilities:-
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote real estate projects.
Handle inbound inquiries from online portals, advertisements, and campaigns.
Explain project details, pricing, and amenities clearly to clients.
Generate and maintain a database of prospective customers.
Schedule property site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
Follow up regularly with interested clients and close leads.
Maintain call records, lead status, and reports in CRM software.
Achieve weekly and monthly call and lead generation targets.
Desired Candidate Profile:-
Good communication and convincing skills (English, Hindi, Marathi ).
Confidence on phone calls with a positive and polite attitude.
Basic knowledge of real estate terminology is an advantage.
Strong follow-up and time management skills.
Ability to handle pressure and achieve sales targets.
Computer proficiency (MS Excel, CRM tools).
