Role Overview
We're looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Telecaller who enjoys talking to people and building connections. In this role, you will make outbound calls to prospective students, explain Techpaathshala's courses, and answer their questions. You will also schedule counseling sessions and follow up to make sure every student has a smooth experience as they take the next step in their learning journey with us.
Key Responsibilities
Call prospective students from the given CRM
Share information about Techpaathshala's courses in a simple way.
Answer student questions and provide guidance.
Schedule counselling sessions with academic counsellors.
Follow up with students for smooth communication.
Keep call records and feedback updated in CRM tools.
Requirements
6 months - 1 year of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer service.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus).
Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/CRM tools.
Confident, proactive, and target-oriented.
Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
