Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Outbound & Inbound Calling:



1. Make outbound & inbound calls to prospective clients, explaining share marketing courses and services.

2. Generate leads and follow up on interests.

3. Achieve call targets and conversion rates.

Customer Engagement:



1. Respond to inbound calls, answering queries and providing information.

2. Build rapport with potential clients, understanding their needs and interests.

3. Provide support and guidance throughout the enrollment process.

Data Management:



1. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions.

2. Update CRM software with customer interactions and follow-ups.

3. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements:



1. Education: HSC/Graduate in any field.

2. Experience: Fresher to 06 Months in telecalling, sales, or customer service.

3. Skills:

- Domestic calling, Cold Calling,

- Excellent communication, persuasion, and listening skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

-Inbound & Outbound Calling

4. Language: Fluency in Marathi language

-Preferred Male Candidate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
