We are seeking a passionate Telecaller Executive is responsible for managing structured communication between our hospital its patients, clients, distributors, and internal teams. This role supports patient coordination, service continuity, treatment follow-ups, and medicine preparation updates through professional and empathetic telephonic interaction. The Telecaller Executive plays a key role in enhancing patient satisfaction, supporting treatment adherence, and ensuring smooth service delivery in alignment with Ayurvedic healthcare principles.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to Ayurvedic consultations, medicine preparation status, delivery updates, and follow-ups.
Provide clear information regarding Ayurvedic treatments, prescribed medicines, dosage instructions, and preparation timelines as advised by doctors and pharmacists.
Schedule, confirm, and follow up on doctor appointments, therapy sessions, and medicine dispatches.
Maintain accurate call logs, patient records, prescriptions, and follow-up details in hospital systems or registers.
Coordinate with doctors, pharmacists, production, dispatch, and accounts teams for timely and accurate communication.
Conduct follow-up calls for repeat medicine requirements, treatment continuation, and patient adherence.
Collect patient feedback, service concerns, and complaints and escalate them appropriately.
Support marketing and outreach initiatives such as awareness calls, health program promotions, and service updates.
Assist with basic payment follow-ups and invoice-related clarifications when required.
Ensure confidentiality of patient information and adherence to hospital SOPs, ethical guidelines, and quality standards.

QUALIFICATIONS AND RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS
Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Diploma / Degree in any discipline; healthcare or Ayurveda background preferred.
Basic understanding or willingness to learn Ayurvedic medicine and treatment processes.
Excellent communication skills in Malayalam; English and Hindi proficiency is an added advantage.
Clear voice, good listening skills, and the ability to explain medical information patiently.
Basic computer knowledge including MS Office and hospital CRM or patient management systems.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or healthcare support roles is preferred but not mandatory.
Professional attitude, empathy, discipline, and ability to work under structured targets.
