We are looking for an experienced Tele caller Executive with strong knowledge of digital telemarketing and current digital trends. The candidate should be confident in communicating with customers, explaining digital services, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound and inbound calls to potential and existing customers

Explain company products/services clearly and professionally

Use digital telemarketing techniques to generate and convert leads

Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions

Maintain follow-ups and build long-term customer relationships

Update customer data and call details in CRM or system

Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends and tools

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Tele caller or Telemarketing Executive

Good knowledge of digital telemarketing and online trends

Strong communication skills in English

Ability to convince and handle customer objections

Basic knowledge of CRM, WhatsApp, email, and digital platforms

Positive attitude and target-oriented approach
