Position Overview:
The Telecaller is responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers with the objective of generating sales leads or appointments for the sales team. They play a crucial role in initiating contact with prospects, promoting products or services, and maintaining customer relationships through effective communication over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:
Make calls to prospective customers using a provided contact list or database.
Introduce company services to potential Students and explain their features and benefits.
Identify and understand student needs and requirements through active listening.
Generate leads and set up appointments for the counsellors team
Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and convert them into sales opportunities.
Maintain a record of all interactions with customers in the CRM system or database.
Handle customer objections and address their concerns in a professional and persuasive manner.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and conversion rates.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and campaigns.
Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.

Pay: ?5,000.00 - ?9,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 12 - 20 per week
