Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Make and receive calls to prospective clients and existing patients. Explain clinic services, treatments, and offers clearly and persuasively. Follow up with leads to ensure conversion and appointment booking. Maintain accurate data entry and follow-ups in CRM systems. Coordinate with counselors and front desk for appointment scheduling. Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets.

Requirements:



Graduate / Undergraduate with good communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English and Hindi (mandatory). Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or healthcare sales preferred. Confident, polite, and patient-centric approach. Basic computer and CRM handling skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹26,300.18 per month
