Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote skin, hair & aesthetic services.

2. Handle inbound inquiries, explain treatments, pricing, and appointment availability.

3. Maintain client database and update lead information regularly.

4. Schedule appointments and follow up with leads to ensure conversions.

5. Provide excellent customer support with clear communication and product/service knowledge.

6. Coordinate with the clinic team for appointment confirmations and client updates.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
