Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database. Explain project details, features, and benefits clearly and confidently. Generate interest, qualify leads, and schedule site visits for the sales team. Maintain a positive relationship with clients through follow-up calls and updates. Update and manage the CRM/lead database with accurate customer information. Work closely with the sales team to support property closures. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

Key Skills & Requirements:



Excellent communication and convincing skills in [English/Hindi/Regional language]. Prior experience in

real estate telecalling / customer service / BPO sales

is an advantage. Ability to handle objections and maintain professionalism. Goal-oriented with a positive attitude. Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, and CRM tools. Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
