Explain products or services clearly and confidently.

Maintain call logs, reports, and database updates regularly.
Handle customer objections calmly and positively.
Achieve daily/weekly calling targets as assigned by the manager.
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of telecalling experience
in any industry.
Excellent communication skills in [Insert required languages - e.g., English, Hindi, Odia].
Must be
presentable, confident, and proactive
in customer interactions.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Basic knowledge of MS Office or CRM tools is an advantage.
