to join our finance team. The role involves outbound and inbound calling to potential customers, explaining financial products/services, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients for

. Clearly explain product benefits and features. Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions. Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversion. Maintain call records and update CRM systems accurately.

Requirements:

Minimum

2 years of experience

in telecalling or sales. Good communication and convincing skills. Good knowledge of financial products (

Personal Loans

). Proficiency in local language and Hindi/English. Prior telecalling or sales experience in the finance industry is preferred.

Salary:

Depends on your last drawn salary and experience.
