Role Overview:
The Telecaller will be responsible for communicating with players, handling enquiries, promoting club events, and ensuring smooth coordination between players and the club. The role requires strong communication skills, a polite approach, and a basic understanding of poker will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to players for promotions, event updates, and daily game schedules.
Handle inbound calls, player queries, and reservation requests.
Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information.
Share buy-in details, timings, and game rules as required.
Coordinate with the operations team for seat reservations and confirmations.
Follow up with leads, inactive players, and interested prospects.
Maintain professionalism and ensure excellent customer service.
Send WhatsApp messages and broadcast updates when needed.
Collect player documents (ID proof) for verification and reservation.
Track call responses, maintain daily calling reports, and share updates with management.
Skills & Requirements:
Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
Polite, confident, and customer-friendly approach.
Ability to handle pressure and respond to multiple player requests.
Basic knowledge of poker or willingness to learn.
Good phone etiquette and convincing ability.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp Business, CRM tools).
Ability to work flexible hours based on club operations.
