We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Telecaller
who has strong communication skills and a working knowledge of
Microsoft Excel
. The role involves interacting with customers over phone and email, preparing
quotations
and
proforma invoices
, and conducting follow-ups to ensure smooth sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
Send follow-up emails and maintain regular communication with clients.
Prepare and share
quotations
and
proforma invoices
using Excel.
Maintain customer records and follow-up details in Excel or CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and client updates.
Ensure timely responses and follow-ups with customers.
Requirements:
Good communication skills
(both verbal and written).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
(basic formulas, formatting, etc.)
Experience in preparing
quotations
and
proforma invoices
is preferred.
Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently.
Basic knowledge of customer service etiquette.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in telecalling, sales coordination, or customer support.
Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
