Responsibilities
High-Volume Telecalling:
Make 50-100 daily calls to prospects, pitching listed and unlisted equity investments with infectious energy.
Lead Conversion:
Turn cold and warm leads into confirmed deals, driving AUM growth through persuasive sales techniques.
Client Base Utilization:
Leverage your existing client network to bring in high-value investors and expand AUM.
Follow-Ups:
Relentlessly follow up with leads to nurture relationships and close deals faster than competitors.
Sales Targets:
Smash daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals with a focus on maximizing conversions and revenue.
CRM Management:
Log all calls, leads, and conversions in CRM systems for accurate tracking and reporting.
Qualifications
Experience:
2-3 years of telecalling or sales experience in financial services, ideally in equity investments, mutual funds, or insurance.
Client Base:
Must have an existing network of clients or leads with AUM potential.
Achiever Mindset:
A driven go-getter who lives for hitting targets and earning massive incentives.
Communication Skills:
Exceptional phone presence, with the ability to pitch confidently and handle objections smoothly.
Resilience:
Thrives in a high-pressure, rejection-heavy environment with a never-give-up attitude.
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory for proven performers).
