Make outbound calls to English-speaking customers and explain products/services clearly.
Handle inbound calls professionally and resolve customer queries in English.
Generate leads, follow up regularly, and convert inquiries into appointments or sales.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Achieve daily/weekly call targets and conversion goals.
Maintain a polite, confident, and customer-friendly communication style.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills in
English
(verbal & written).
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM/calling software (preferred).
Ability to handle customer objections and maintain professionalism.
Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is an advantage.
