is responsible for leading and managing a team of telecallers who handle student inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions for various educational programs (JEE, NEET, CET, TET, MPSC, UPSC, etc.).
The role focuses on monitoring daily call activities, ensuring target achievement, maintaining team discipline, and improving overall conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Management
Lead, motivate, and monitor a team of telecallers.
Allocate daily calling targets and ensure performance achievement.
Maintain
attendance, daily call reports, follow-up records
, and performance trackers.
Conduct
daily huddles / weekly reviews
with remarks and improvement plans.
2. Telecalling Operations
Supervise inbound and outbound calls for inquiry handling and follow-ups.
Ensure telecallers provide accurate course details and positive counseling.
Support in converting leads into admissions through effective follow-up strategy.
Manage
not connected, call back, and interested/uninterested
lead status properly.
3. Reporting & Documentation
Prepare
weekly and monthly reports
of team performance and lead status.
Verify and sign weekly reports before submission.
Coordinate with the
marketing and counseling team
for campaign leads and promotions.
4. Training & Quality Control
Train telecallers on scripts, communication skills, and counseling techniques.
Listen to call recordings and provide feedback for improvement.
Maintain discipline, punctuality, and work ethics within the team.
5. Social Media & Coordination (Optional)
Coordinate with the digital marketing team for lead generation updates.
Submit a
monthly social media activity report
(if applicable to the branch).
