Job Description

We are seeking a professional and target-driven

Telecaller

to make and receive calls to engage customers, promoting products/services, generating leads, resolving issues, and building relationships, acting as the company's voice to drive sales and satisfaction through strong communication, active listening, and data management in CRM systems.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years in marketing.

Key Responsibilities:



Calling potential and existing customers to explain products, generate interest, and encourage purchases. Convert enquiries into admissions through effective counselling and follow-up. Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets. Lead Management: Identifying and nurturing new sales opportunities and following up with prospects. Accurately updating customer details in databases (CRM) and recording call outcomes. Product Knowledge: Staying informed about company offerings to effectively communicate benefits Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth admission processes.

Qualifications & Skills:



Prior experience in education marketing, customer service, telemarketing or sales is an advantage. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. High school diploma or equivalent. Computer literacy.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
