Make outbound calls to prospective parents and handle inbound inquiries. Explain the school's teaching philosophy, curriculum, and admission process. Convert leads into school visits or admissions by providing accurate and engaging information. Follow up on inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and email. Maintain a database of leads, calls made, and follow-ups using CRM or Excel. Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams for smooth onboarding. Share updates, offers, and event invites with prospective and existing parents. Maintain a professional and courteous approach with all callers.
