Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Telecaller to engage with prospective learners, explain course offerings, and support them through the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities



Make outbound calls to potential students and follow up on leads. Explain course details, curriculum, fees, and program benefits. Understand learner needs and recommend suitable courses. Maintain accurate CRM records and lead status. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Manage incoming inquiries and provide timely assistance.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Minimum 1 year telecalling/tele-sales experience

(EdTech preferred). Strong communication skills (English & Hindi). Good persuasion and objection-handling skills. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools. Positive attitude and customer-first approach. Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
