Effectively communicate course offerings, key features, and program benefits in a clear and persuasive manner.
Identify and understand the specific needs and aspirations of students to recommend suitable learning solutions.
Follow up regularly with leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email until successful conversion or closure.
Accurately maintain daily records of calls, leads, and conversion status in internal tracking tools or CRM systems.
Consistently meet or exceed assigned targets for daily calls, lead conversions, and enrollments.
Stay well-informed about all current and upcoming courses, pricing plans, offers, and company services.
