We are seeking a motivated Telecaller to join our dynamic team. This role involves interacting with customers, ensuring smooth order confirmations, and maintaining excellent service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Make 60-80 customer calls daily for order confirmation and follow-ups.
Provide accurate information on orders, deliveries, and related queries.
Resolve customer concerns politely and efficiently.
Maintain daily call logs and updates for management.
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
Good command over English (spoken and written).
Comfortable working from office (Saket, Delhi).
Must have a laptop and phone for work purposes.
Self-motivated, punctual, and professional attitude.
