About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller to join our team at

Visits Kailash

, a brand dedicated to providing seamless travel and pilgrimage experiences. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to engage customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain tour packages offered by Visits Kailash. Handle inbound inquiries related to Kailash Mansarovar Yatra and other spiritual travel services. Maintain a database of customer leads and follow up regularly. Understand customer needs, answer questions, and guide them through booking processes. Schedule appointments or callbacks for the sales and operations team. Achieve weekly and monthly call/lead targets. Maintain professionalism and deliver high-quality customer service at all times.

Required Skills

Strong verbal communication skills (Hindi & English preferred). Confident, polite, and customer-friendly attitude. Ability to handle customer objections and build rapport. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred). Good listening and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred. Prior telecalling or customer service experience is an advantage.
