Make daily outbound calls to prospective customers.
Explain products/services clearly and confidently.
Generate leads and convert inquiries into appointments or sales.
Follow calling scripts and meet daily/weekly calling targets.
2. Inbound Call Handling
Attend incoming customer calls.
Provide accurate information and resolve queries.
Transfer calls to the concerned department when needed.
3. Follow-ups
Maintain a follow-up schedule for leads.
Call customers regularly for reminders, confirmations, and updates.
Work on warm leads to convert them into customers.
4. Data Entry & Reporting
Update customer information in CRM / Excel.
Log call details, outcomes, and follow-up notes.
Prepare daily/weekly activity reports for management review.
5. Communication & Customer Service
Maintain professional, polite, and service-oriented communication.
Understand customer needs and provide relevant solutions.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
