Key Responsibilities:

Make

outbound calls

to potential customers to promote products/services. Handle

inbound calls

and resolve customer inquiries professionally. Explain product/service features, benefits, pricing, and offers clearly. Maintain and update customer databases and call records. Follow up on leads, appointments, and customer callbacks. Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions. Meet daily/weekly/monthly

calling and conversion targets

. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through polite communication. Escalate complex queries to the relevant departments. Work closely with the sales/marketing team to support business goals.
Location - Moti nagar

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
