We are seeking a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, explaining products/services, and maintaining customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries.
Explain products/services clearly and professionally.
Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Maintain a database of customer information and call records.
Follow up with customers for feedback and future business.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned.
Provide accurate information and maintain a positive attitude.
Coordinate with the sales team for closures and follow-up.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass; Graduation is a plus.
Proven experience as a Telecaller, Customer Care Executive, or similar role (preferred).
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi/English (or regional language as needed).
Good listening skills and the ability to handle customer objections.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Ability to stay calm and positive under pressure.
Good sales and negotiation skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
