Telecaller
to join our growing sales team and connect with schools to promote our School Management Software.
Job Summary:
As a Telecaller Sales Person, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential school clients, explaining our software solutions, and generating qualified leads. This is a key role in our sales funnel, and you will work closely with the sales team to convert interested schools into clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to school contacts from the provided and Self find database.
Introduce and explain our school management software over the phone.
Understand the needs of schools and schedule demos with sales executives.
Follow up with prospects regularly to maintain interest.
Maintain detailed records of calls, follow-ups, and outcomes.
Meet daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets.
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth lead handover.
Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred BBA, BA, MBA
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Basic knowledge of computers and Google Sheets/Excel.
Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
