Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or social media channels
Provide customers with accurate information about Saaol's products and services
Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, & networking.
Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints, escalating to higher-level support as needed.
Conduct market research to identify market needs, preferences, and emerging trends.
Resolve Patients/customers' concerns and answer customers' questions in a professional & positive manner.
Attend customer queries in a timely and accurate way.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the company's CRM system
Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed
We are looking for someone who has -
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
Good command over MS Word , MS Excel and Office Working Tools.
Ability to analyse data and draw actionable insights.
Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Good verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi.
Should be an extrovert and enjoy connecting with people.
High level of empathy while dealing with customers
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
