Handle incoming calls from customers or clients to address their inquiries.
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers for sales, follow-ups, or feedback.
Customer Engagement:
Provide detailed information about products, services, or campaigns.
Address customer queries, concerns, or complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
Documentation and Reporting:
Accurately log details of conversations, customer interactions, and sales in CRM systems.
Prepare daily or weekly reports on calls, inquiries, and outcomes.
Excellent communication in English & Hindi is compulsory.
