Make outbound calls to potential customers and existing clients to introduce our company's products.
Explain product features, specifications, and quality to customers in a clear and convincing manner.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently handle customer queries.
Convert leads into successful sales through effective communication and follow-up.
Maintain call records, leads, and customer feedback for reporting purposes.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve individual and team targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking ability.
Ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable product suggestions.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM tools).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
