Make outbound calls to leads/customers from the database
Explain company products or services clearly in Hindi & English
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
Follow up on interested leads and maintain regular communication
Maintain detailed call records and update CRM/data sheets
Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets
Required Skills:
Fluency in
Hindi and English
(spoken and basic written)
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM tools)
Good listening, patience, and problem-solving ability
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum:
12th Pass
(Graduate preferred)
Experience in
Telecalling / Tele-sales / Customer Service
preferred
